Every unit is talking about the “little black bugs” that plague us this time of year. And every time the so-called pest control person comes to “spray”, the bugs get worse.

The bug company gets a lot of money, but what, and at what dilution rate are they spraying? One unit (San Carlos), had to shut their kitchens down due to bugs covering the walls, and falling from ceilings. That happened within a week of the spraying!
The DOC has a 1.1 billion dollar budget, some companies will milk that cow.
