We looked at the previous COVID outbreaks at Perryville to see if there was a common factor. The inmates said that the Trinity (prison food service), White Shirts were the ones that allegedly came up COVID positive, then spread it to inmate kitchen workers (not on purpose of course.) That was what the inmates blamed cases on in Pedro, Cruz, Carlos, and Lumley. The only people that know if this is true is the DOC….and they have not responded to our inquiry. (Surprise!)
