We have gotten so many complaints about this guy, our In basket is overflowing. Why do they have this maskless wonder working in MEDICAL?? Yet another DOC mystery.
Several eyewitnesses recalled the day Ruland showed up for work without a mask at all. It was said the female Sgt. chewed him out, then had to find a mask for him to wear the rest of his shift. The inmates say he never wears it, he just hangs his mask off his neck. Ruland has allegedly called people “fascist-Nazies” for asking him to wear his mask. Of course, we can’t confirm that he said that from here…..but we have letters.
