San Carlos got the BEST Christmas present this year……Pearch got escorted off the yard!
For over a year, this pint-sized ankle biter terrorized the residents of Carlos. It was so bad that a large majority of women boycotted the Property office. (Please see archived stories about Pearch on this blog.).
This is the story that broke the camel’s back, as told by R.F. “A media personality, Victoria Law, requested my legal papers so she could publish my medical story. I sent my papers to her through CO Pearch at Property. After 7 weeks I wondered why I hadn’t heard from Ms. Law, so I inquired. Victoria had never gotten them! It turns out that my papers had been sitting at Complex Mail all that time, ” per Pearch’s orders.” When I asked for them back, Pearch dumped them on the counter, told me I’d never get them back, and threatened me with tickets. Her exact words were, “I’m a gonna 909 you anda take everything you have so you won’t even have socks to wear!!”
My son got a hold of Victoria and told her what happened. Victoria reached out to her contacts in the ACLU and their attorneys called Central Office to raise hell. This pissed off Pearch so bad that the prison cameras caught her taking all my Property during a search. She didn’t even leave me the sheets and blankets I’d purchased myself as fundraisers.
That night I shivered in the cold without any blankets, and I’m sure that’s why I got very sick the next day. The lieutenant found out Pearch had destroyed my stuff and there was no getting it back. The lieutenant helped me by scavenging together a bag of blankets and linens to hold me over. As of this writing, Pearch is “under investigation”, my stuff can’t be replaced, and my legal mail is still missing!!”
